Service Description

A Restricted Firearms Possession and Acquisition Licence (RPAL) is required by individuals 18 years of age or older who wish to acquire or possess restricted firearms (e.g. common handguns). Individuals must complete both the CFSC and CRFSC to become eligible for an RPAL. Individuals who hold a valid non- restricted PAL and wish to upgrade to a RPAL must complete CRFSC training.
